Melt by Bowmar Nutrition
MELT has 19 ingredients formulated to improve metabolic health, increase fat mobilization, and improve your body’s ability to oxidize fat. This product will amplify your fat loss results when in a calorie deficit.
Each serving contains ingredients to help burn white fat cells, amplify receptor signals, inhibit fat buildup inside of white fat cells, replenish electrolytes typically lost while burning fat, and assist in thyroid health and function.
MELT is the most effective fat burning supplement on the market, but like all fat loss, it will work best paired with a calorie deficit. MELT will ENHANCE the work you’re already doing, giving you MORE RESULTS with the same amount of work.

MELT FAQs
-
Do you take this in place of PREworkout?
- MELT is not a PREworkout, but you can take it prior to your workout if you’d prefer. We personally still take our PREworkout prior to our lifts.
-
Can you take MELT and PREworkout together?
- You can combine the two. Just be mindful of your total daily caffeine intake. 1 scoop of MELT is 50mg and 1 scoop of stimulant PRE is 125mg. Those numbers double if you take 2 scoops of MELT and 2 scoops of stimulant PRE.
-
When should you take MELT?
- There is no “better” time to take MELT. You can take it in the morning, before your workout, after your workout, during your cardio, with lunch, etc. Take it whenever it works best for you, but we do recommend being mindful of how late in the day you take it since there is caffeine in it.
-
Should you take MELT on rest days?
- Yes, you should still take MELT on rest days. Calorie deficit is a weekly average, not a daily one. So the rest day should be calculated into your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure – the amount of calories you burn on a daily basis when exercise is taken into account).
-
How much caffeine is in MELT?
- There’s 100mg of caffeine per 2 scoops of MELT, but we recommend starting out with 1 scoop and seeing how your body tolerates it before moving onto 2 scoops.
-
Will MELT make you feel nauseous/jittery/itchy?
- It will vary from person to person. Some people feel that way from just a cup of coffee. Which is why we recommend starting out with 1 scoop of MELT. We personally have never felt this way and no one else that’s been using it (as of today) has reported feeling this way either. 1 scoop of MELT is 50mg of caffeine, which is less than a cup of coffee.
-
Will MELT break a fast?
- If you are fasting for fat loss then no MELT will not break a fast, but if you are fasting for cellular autophagy then yes MELT will break your fast.
-
What is a calorie deficit? How much of a deficit do I have to be in to maximize results?
- A calorie deficit is when you are consuming less calories than you burn (and are still above your BMR). Let’s first discuss TDEE and BMR. Your BMR is your basal metabolic rate (what you burn without moving). Your TDEE is your total daily energy (your BMR + moving (activity/exercise)). If you want to lose weight/fat, your calorie intake needs to be in between your BMR and your TDEE. Obviously, being in a 1 calorie deficit won’t do much, but as long as you are in a decent deficit while still being above your BMR you’ll reap the benefits of MELT. We recommend finding your TDEE and subtracting 25% of that number in order to be in a deficit.
-
Can you mix MELT with xyz?
- You can mix virtually any of our products together; however, we don’t recommend mixing fiber with anything else and you need to drink it quickly. Other than that, you cannot pair one product with another and negate the effects of either product.
-
Can you take MELT while reverse dieting?
- We recommend taking it until the day you are no longer in a deficit (once you hit your maintenance calories).
-
Can you take MELT when you’re at your maintenance calories?
- It’s most beneficial to take MELT while in a deficit, but if you are at maintenance, tracking progress closely, and still wanting to take MELT please let us know if you see any body recomposition changes.
-
Why is there caffeine in MELT?
- MELT would not be nearly as effective without caffeine, but perhaps in the future there could be. But it would require some testing to see if we can find an alternative.
-
When you stop taking MELT will you gain weight back?
- Not taking MELT won’t grow new fat cells nor will it make fat cells grow. Only a surplus will do that.
-
Is MELT vegan friendly?
- No as there are two fermented ingredients in it.
-
Will MELT increase your heart rate?
- It will vary from person to person. We personally haven’t noticed any changes in our heart rates. If you typically notice an increase in heart rate from caffeine, the caffeine in MELT could cause it. But this is why we recommend starting off with 1 scoop at 50mg of caffeine to see how your body tolerates it.
-
Will MELT make you more hungry or less hungry?
- Again, this can vary from person to person because everyone is different.
-
Can you take MELT while on KETO/low carb/Adkins/etc?
- No matter what diet plan you are on, you have to be in a calorie deficit to amplify fat loss with MELT.
-
Can MELT be taken on an empty stomach?
- You can take MELT with or without food!
-
Can you take Creatine13 and MELT?
- These products can be stacked together. If the concern is too much chromium please note that the body will expel excess vitamins, including chromium, if it’s getting too much.
-
If you only take 1 scoop a day will that lower the effectiveness?
- It may take longer to start to see a difference.
-
Can MELT be dry scooped?
- We don’t see why not. It won’t lose its effectiveness if you drink it or dry scoop it. Do whatever you’d prefer.
-
Should you start with 1 scoop or 2? Does it matter or is it based on preference?
- We recommend starting off with 1 scoop to see how you feel for at least a week. You may only need 1 scoop and then the tub will last twice as long. If you’re noticing results on 1 and want to see what you experience with 2, have at it and see how it goes. The amount is going to vary from person to person.
-
Will this negatively affect your metabolism if you stop taking it?
- No, the metabolism will simply revert back to how it functioned prior to taking it
-
Is MELT a thermogenic?
- MELT has several ingredients that could raise internal temperature but that is not the intended purpose
Our on-line store is open 24/7 and we ship Monday through Friday, excluding some holidays.
